Our client, in the insurance industry, requires the services of 2 Lead Generating Agents to handle all inbound calls and queries.


The key performance areas:

? Respond to incoming client queries timeously both in writing and telephonically
? Manage the phone calls
? Administration
? Customer Service


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant RE qualification
? Able to work from home on a part time basis
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent telephone etiquette
? Ability to handle customers
? Excellent reasoning ability
? Team player, able to relate and network well with people
? Able to work without supervision
? Able to work and cope well under pressure and handle setbacks
? Results driven and able to meet customer expectations
? Should have a laptop and reliable access to the internet
? This position requires to work shifts and on weekends
