Lead Generation Assistant - Northern Suburbs
The purpose of the position is to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives to help us achieve our goals. Focus is on Outbound Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Cold calling via phone and set up appoints for Sales Consultants
• Serve as an internal Client Relationship Consultant and assist clients with and queries and sort out any problems they might have
• Contact clients and ensure that we have updated information
• Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
• Certificate in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
• A team player with high level of energy
• Must be self motivated
• Min 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support consultant
• Client generation experience
