Candidate with minimum 3 years’ facilitation and 2 years’ experience in the Long Term Insurance Industry (Sales and/or Funeral Policy) training experience, required to develop, facilitate and maintain training programs for a financial service advisory firm.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• NQF5 OD ETDP qualification required
• Minimum 2 years’ Long Term Insurance training experience, preferably in sales and/or funeral policies required
• Minimum 3 years’ Learning Facilitation experience required
• Own transport and valid driver’s license essential
• Must be willing and able to travel

Responsibility:
• Design, develop, implement and maintain training programs
• Facilitate training programs
• Identify training needs
• Assess application and integration of learning into the workplace
• Support to staff where applicable
• Administer assessments
• Provide management reports and statistics on training delivered
• Relationship building with all stakeholders
• Implement and maintain quality assurance principles and processes
• Schedule all learning interventions and record keeping
• Learning administration
