Learning and Development Manager - Northern Suburbs

Established Company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification – 3 Year Diploma / Degree is essential
At least 8 years’ experience in training and development
Experience in running development programs and conducting needs analysis to identify learning and development needs.
Knowledge of e-learning development systems, LSM and authoring tools.
