Job Description:

L&D Coordination and Administration
Coordinate all agreed functional and operational training plans for the L&D Department under the guidance of the L&D Manager
Effectively, accurately and timeously coordinate the logistics for learning activities, events and conferences
Submit ATR, WSP as well as Pivotal Plans annually and on time to the SETA
Update and maintain the Skills Development Scorecard on Mpowered on a monthly basis
Manage the L&D team’s stockroom and stationery
Support L&D Manager to conduct Monthly Training Room and Facilitation Audits
Communicate all training initiatives effectively and timeously with all learning stakeholders
Provide support to the L&D team
Generate, track and maintain learning reports and records
Manage the full invoice process to ensure suppliers are paid timeously and within budget
Effectively coordinate the study subsidy and loan paperwork and processes
Manage and maintain the online/digital learning platforms and content
Keep abreast of current learning design, methodology, trends and best practice
Order and track training materials, equipment and catering
Manage all training logistics (including suitable dates, venues, refreshments, learning material, equipment, related transport, scheduling etc.)
System Administration
Capture all training records on Sage (People300)
Import all training records from Sage into Mpowered on a monthly basis
Create learning reports as and when required
Learnership Administration
Manage all Learnership and intern administration
Compile and maintain records of progress, where required
Comply with provision of the L&D and SETA TQMS policies pertaining to Learnership and internship
Monitor, track and report on L&D Budget
Report and track on Company training spend (per department) in line with budget and training plan
Monitor and track all bursary payments in line with budget
Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Build and maintain effective relationships with all customers, vendor partners and internal departments
Assist with management of external stakeholders (third party services, etc.)
Ad-Hoc Duties
Perform any and all additional duties as assigned by the L&D Manager or General Manager: HR Office in order to support the relevant department and business needs
Drive continuous improvement and self-development

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years L&D administrative experience
Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment is advantageous WSP&ATR Submission
Grade 12
Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Psychology
Accredited Skills Development Facilitator (advantageous)
ODETP Level 4/5 Qualification (advantageous)
