My client, a national Banking powerhouse, is looking for a Call Centre Trainer to join the team and add value at a development level.

In this position you will be responsible for facilitating induction, training on call center best practice, soft-skills and products and will work closely with the Quality Assurance Teams to identify and train to to close gaps in individuals or teams.

Ideally you have similar experience in this role working within other call centers, preferably within Banking and you have a training qualification.
