Leasing Administrator needed in Cape Town

PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the leasing department by processing the leases to ensure all the information is accurate and logged onto a database and filed appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Three years relevant experience, directly interfacing with clients and providing general administrative support, preferably in the Property sector.
Typing, computer literacy, MDA, telephone skills, administration, organisational skills.
General business and property management acumen.
Well organized and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
MDA experience will be advantageous.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Drafting of offers and ensuring all FICA docs are received.
Drafting of renewal proposals and board confirmation letters.
Converting signed and accepted offers and proposals to lease agreements/addendums timeously and following up on the signing of the lease agreement timeously.
Drafting all cession documents and or tenant communication documentation relating to the lease administration.
Tracking of all changes or adjustments necessary to lease documents received. (Amendments, Addendums, etc.).
Tracing, filing and monitoring of lease documentation.
General Administration including server filing and creating tenant files.
Ad hoc reception duties.
