*Superior PC skills ( Excel , Word Winlaw)
*Financial degree advantangeous
*3-5 years experience in the retail & industiral property industry essential
*3-5 years experience reconciling Trust Accounts
*Must have done the full spectrum of books to balance sheet
*Must have knowledge of statutory requirements i.e VAT ect
