Legal and Compliance Secretary - Port Elizabeth
A reputable company is on the lookout for a legal and compliance secretary.
Key Responsibilities :
Screening of all telephone calls and directing of inquiries
Formatting, retrieving, inputting, copying and editing agreements
Collating of comments on legislative changes and distribution
Monitoring and following up on contracts and ensuring it is signed off
Ensuring all finalised agreements are filed electronically
Communicating with internal and external clients in writing
Maintaining the calendar and scheduling meetings
Arranging travel, transportation.
Assisting with preparation of presentations and typing of documents
General admin- filing, e-mails, faxing, photo copying, etc.
Matric (a accredited secretarial qualification would be an advantage but is not essential)
At least 2 years commercial legal secretarial experience
Familiar with legal agreements/ terminology
A remuneration package of R 9500 pm is offered.
