Conveyancing (Transfers and / or Developments)
Experienced in handling large volumes of Title Deeds and ability to work in a fast and high pressured environment is needed. Experience in handling linked transactions with large new developments, large estates, blocks of flats, etc will be an advantage. A competitive salary is on offer.
Bond Secretary
More than 4 years’ Bond experience working within a law firm. The successful candidate should have had solid exposure in dealing with all the major banks is South Africa and exposure to high volumes are essential. A competitive salary is on offer.
