Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
Taking and passing on messages to the relevant people
Keep a neat front area
Welcome and assist clients arriving at the firm
Receiving and sorting the mail
Typing legal documents
Receiving notices and pleadings and forwarding same to relevant people timeously

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Experience from a law firm is a MUST
Good english and afrikaans (verbal and written) skills
Neat and professional appearance
Organisational skills
Typing skills - at least 60wpm
