The Legal Secretary will provide support to the Company Secretariat and Legal Counsel Division through the implementation of Key Performance Areas; Provide administrative and legal secretarial services and support to the Company Secretariat and Legal Counsel Division.
A minimum of a 2-year qualification in Administration or Secretarial Studies; A Diploma would be an added advantage; A legal qualification would be beneficial; At least 3 years’ work experience as a legal secretary, experience within a legal department or firm; Familiarity with legal documents and terminology; Proficiency with MS Office; Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with a high rate of accuracy; Be organised and have good time management skills; Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities; and able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
