Legal Team Leader Vacancy:
The ideal candidate for the Legal Team Leader position would be an enthusiastic individual with a good self-discipline and a willingness to learn. An eye for detail and strong administrative skills are imperative. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred.

Requirements:
• Candidates must have Matric.
• Candidates must have a clear ITC and criminal record.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' administration experience.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' Team Leader experience.
• Candidates with an LLB degree will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performance management of the agent within your department
• Providing training, coaching, performance improvement plans for all agents within your department
• Ensure that all agents are informed of any HR related changes.
• Ability to motivate your team on team and individual level
• Ensure excellence in customer service on all platforms and mediums.
• Understand the department objectives and that in line with business objections.
• Prepare all daily, weekly and monthly reporting on team performance set against targets.
• Ensuring that each agent is fully understands their roles and duties and requirements.
• To identify and report any training needs within the department.
• To ensure that communication channels are managed effectively and with respect.
• Ensure that all relevant HR related documentation is submitted electronically as well as manual submission to the department manager.
• To ensure that QA control measures are put in place in order to ensure accurate completion of the work completed by agents.
• Monitoring and call listen is required as additional monitoring with tools that has been provided by company.
• Ability to solve problems and manage challenges pro-actively.
• Understanding of the disciplinary procedures, HR process and code of conduct.
