Qualifications:
Qualifications: BSc, BTech, BSc (Hons.), MSc in Life Sciences, Molecular Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines with experience in Sales and Marketing

Requirements:
Ensure the monitoring of sold products (Enzymes and assays) in their life-cycle, from development to decline/upgrade
Maintain a pulse on industry events to determine where the company should be in the market to create awareness and drive demand for disparate product lines
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences
Work closely with the R&D team and Sales Representative to ensure the right continuity of the company’s products and their visibility in the market
Responsible for producing marketing content for both communication purpose and technical purpose
Follow the customer and markets behaviours to the company’s products as well as competitors’ reactions
Direct and develop strategies to enhance and grow the sales performance, via business intelligence. This will include close coordination with the Sales Rep.
Create and manage the marketing strategies and resulting initiatives in the Segment market
Collaborate with the Sales Rep. to build and execute holistic go to market and CRM plans
Selling products to prospective customers and meeting customer needs
Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new product trends
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and distributors
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
