Job Description:

The Investment Administration Specialist will be responsible for the daily Unit Trusts, LISP and Fund Administration on both our local and offshore investment platforms

Responsibilities:

• Submitting Local and Offshore Trade instructions to the market
• Engaging with Local and Offshore counterparts for query resolution
• Unit reconciliation across all products
• Reporting to business stakeholders
• Income distribution processing
• Pricing imports
• Fund provider maintenance: new fund additions, fund name changes; fund amalgamations, fund mergers
• Making positive contributions to the team on a daily basis with duties that contribute to the team goals

Experience:
