Litigation Secretary Secretarial Coordinator - Pretoria
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role before and will work in conjunction with HR and the other Secretarial Coordinators to ensure that the Secretarial Team runs as effectively and efficiently as possible The secretarial responsibilities will include:
• Extensive management of diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings.
• Digital dictation (audio typing)
• Creating/amending documents ranging from 2 pages to 100 pages
• Creating, updating, data matching Excel spreadsheet reports, creating mail merge documentation.
• Dealing with a range of client specific billing requirements.
• Dealing with clients by phone, taking messages and general calls.
• Filing, electronic filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
• Assisting the team with overflow typing.
• Coordination of secretarial resource
Salary up to R 12 000.00 pm
