Job Spec:
Minimum 2 years experience
Basic Human Resourced Skills and knowledge
Strong stock control skills
Buffet and Al La Carte experience is essential
Must be a strong team player and work well with people
Menu planning and design experience
Training, leading and mentoring staff abilities.
