Duty Manager.

Exclusive 5* Game lodges, part of an established group based close to Hoedspruit is looking for a Lodge Duty Manager.

Responsible for:

Duty Management of the lodge
Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff
Staff training and development
Duty Management - F & B department
Duty Management Front Office department
Hosting Duties
Assistance around the lodge in other departments

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a big 5 reserve / 5* lodge necessary
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve
Valid RSA Driver's License
Proficient in Office Suite and Email
Exceptional Guest Relations skills
Ability to manage staff
Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
Ability to plan ahead and problem solve

Salary R 10 000 including accommodation.
