Lodge Management Couple.

Award winning Idyllic 5* Game Lodge - Limpopo Province.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven track record within a 5* Game Lodge environment

Minimum 5 years experience in LODGE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT.

Tertiary qualification :

Hotel Management Diploma or Degree ( 3 years )

Requirements :

- Excellent Guest Relations skills
- Excellent staff relation skills
- Able to communicate with national and international Guests from different cultures, statuses and social backgrounds
- Matric - Grade 12
- Valid RSA ID is required
- Valid Driver’s License - with PDP would be beneficial but is not a requirement
- Strong management couple who excel in Front of House, F&B, Lodge Administration & Operations Management
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Be guest-centric ensuring great experiences
- Innovative and creative - To drive hospitality at the lodge to new levels
- Must be proven & experienced in managing, training, cost control and have strong administrative skills
- Relationship building, with staff, guests, the community, the industry (agents and other lodges)
- Strong leader who has been in charge of employees before
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
- Lateral thinking ability

- Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests
- Attention to detail
- Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines
- Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others

- Plan and manage lodge operations effectively
- Drive the broader goals of the group as required by Head Office
- Knowledge of OPERA Systems required, or similar PMS system
- Knowledge of Game Reserve Operations required
- Computer literate
- Able to handle pressure & difficult situations if required
- Able to multitask & deliver as required in accordance with company standards
- Adherence to all company practices
- Leading, training and motivating the team
- Drive the lodge’s quality plan and implement all required standards

Salary R 45 000  including accommodation and company benefits.
