Upon appointment these are some of the attributes one must have.
Formal Hotel Management Certificate/ Diploma
2 Years experience as Lodge Manager at 4/5* Lodge
3-4 Years as Junior Lodge Manager
Well Spoken and competent in English.
Computer literate not limited too Ms Office, OPERA and GAAP etc
Attributes & Advantageous dispositions

Above average knowledge of F&B Service
Housekeeping & Front Office
Above average guest relations abilities
Above average ability to resolve guest, staff and lodge problems.
Primary purpose of the job
This position is responsible for the Lodges day-to-day running and efficient operations.
Responsible for the all round 5 star performance of the lodge, esp in the manager’s absence
To liaise with senior lodge management
Follow up on guests’ well being, requests and feedback
Assist with the performance and training of all the staff and provide regular feedback to GM
Perform daily, weekly and monthly administrative duties
Identify and report all necessary maintenance required in and around the lodge and resolve the problems.
Implement and train staff to Lodge Polices and procedures
