Join a well-established client in the Logistics arena as a Continuous Improvement manager. It is important that you have a sound experience working in the Logistics and Distribution industry. You will have to make recommendations and work on multiple projects and you will only be able to do so if you have the Operational experience as well as a completed degree which will help with the analytical side of the role. A detailed job description will be provided to short listed candidates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed DEGREE in Supply chain / Logistics / Industrial Engineer
• Solid experience in the Operational side of LOGISTICS and General management of a site being responsible for Health & Safety, Risk,
Quality
• Ability to travel to other regions for short periods of time
• Own transport and driver's license

You will be responsible for and need proven track record of:

• Logistics supply chain experience at a senior management level
• You will need to identify problem areas and find suitable solutions for them
• Your operational background will help as you will have a thorough understanding of logistics management but the rest of your work will be of
an analytical nature so it is important that you portrait the ability to analyse data and act upon it

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce cost
• Auditing the SHEQ and Risk plans and improving on them
