Main job purpose

To coordinate and facilitate the distribution of empty pallets to Plants through implementing pallet management systems that will enable control of pallet pool in order to reduce loss and damage to pallets and support plants in their production of product and supply of product to the customer.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

National Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Industrial Engineering essential (non-negotiable)
Grade 12
Understanding of the full Supply- Chain
Good understanding of tender processes
Understanding of cost competitive quotes
Good packaging knowledge
Knowledge of returnable packaging and systems relevant to internal packaging
