Southern Cross Marketing & Management Services (Pty) Ltd, market leader in the fruit industry, seeks to employ an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in the export of fresh fruit/table grapes. The ideal candidate must be capable of supporting the Company’s dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the ability to cooperate within a diverse team.

Duties include but not limited to:
• Stock control
• Monitor stacks and vessel bookings
• Coordinate loadings with freight forwarding company, pack houses and cold store
• Compile packing lists and general addendums
• SI Submissions
• Compile dispatch reports
• Load-out and general “Navision system” administration
• All general logistic and administration duties
• Cost Capturing
• Liaise with logistic team to ensure timeously and accurate processing

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in fresh fruit exports
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
