Our client, in the agricultural industry, requires the service of an energetic Logistics Coordinator with a high action orientation to join their team.

Key Performance areas:

? Ensure that products are delivered to the right location at a good cost
? Prepare shipping forecasts and weekly customer allocations
? Manage and control flow of cargo
? Provide logistics support
? Handling administration and documents
? Manage the supplier relationships
? Keep all stakeholders informed with regard to the status of cargo

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a B.Com Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Commerce or relevant qualification
? 2 Years relevant working experience will be advantageous
? Experience in the shipping industry will be advantageous
? Excellent organization & planning skills
? Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
? Must have proven problem solving skills
? Must have a logical thinking ability
? Must be able to meet set deadlines
? Willingness to be available 24/7 if required
