REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics
• SAP experience
• Supervisory experience
• Good communication skills and analytical skills.
• Customer relation with track record.
• 5 Years production planning experience in a complex automotive environment

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports Materials and Production Planner
• Ensures sustainable implementation and the continuous optimization and improvements of all processes in the responsible area
• Implements operational SC targets and initiates countermeasures in case of deviations
• Implements the machine capacity planning tool for the production lines and ensures the accurate usage; initiates promptly countermeasures in case of production capacity issues
• Ensures in the responsible area if the SC related data are administered correctly in SAP; monitors the SAP parameters, quality of SC master data and ensures faultless MRP and initiates countermeasures in case of mistakes
• Transfers local operational SC processes into SAP and ensures that all interfaces are meet
• Implements and ensures that customer requirements are meet ,
• Reduces working capital according to BOSLE principles; increases delivery services
• Manages Import and Local supply base and ensure OTIF delivery to schedule
• Manages shipments from suppliers through freight forwarders, transporters and logistics partners
• Manages team to ensure all stocks are critically analyzed, risks are identified and that necessary mitigations are actioned to safeguard the organization and its customers
• Conducts SAP reports to track material and produced parts
• Conducts inventory cross checks
• Participates and leads logistics aspects of all projects and new product launches
