Lynnwood, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans & English first and second languages, with good English proficiency (Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must, specifically in Family Law & Civil Law matters
-Independently functional
-Dictaphone typing experience with strong typing skills (accuracy very important)
-Strong administration skills essential
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Able to work under pressure
-Excellent communication skills
-Preferably non smoker, or light smoker
-Own vehicle
-Career orientated, no health issues and preferably no small children
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
-Temporary appointment will also be considered until permanent candidate is appointed
Duties:
-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation (mostly High Court Litigation)
-Family law-, Civil law matters and urgent applications
-Dictaphone tying
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings
-Drafting of accounts
-Professional liaison with clients, Advocates etc.
-Full Personal Assistant duties for Director (diary management, dictation typing from voice notes, managing personal accounts, general office management etc.)
-General litigation secretarial & administrative duties
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 16 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
