LYTICS SPECIALITY REPRESENTATIVE – WESTERN CAPE

An exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational company as a Lytics Speciality Representative in Cape Town.

The Appointee will be responsible for executing with excellence the Lytics portfolio strategies to meet business objectives. To drive business through both Private/State Hospitals across the Lytics Franchise.

Cross functional collaboration with the Angels Initiative/Medical Team to existing Stroke centres and on boarding hospitals/institutions.
Engaging with and forming strong relationships with EMS Units, related Physicians, Neuro and Cardio specialists, ED Physicians, Chief Pharmacists, KOL/Decision makers.
Work with relevant stakeholders/associations on STEMI Project.
Assist units in arranging public awareness. Introduce the Angels Initiative to existing and on boarding hospitals and institutions.

Minimum Requirements:
• Aptitude for Medical and Scientific learning and the ability to engage in Scientific discussions about Strokes and STEMIs.
• A Science related Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field of expertise.
• Potential to understand hospital mapping, hospital formularies and protocols.
• Strong track record of Sales success and/or Project Management
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident and effective customer networking skills.
• Exceptional selling or motivational skills.
• High energy, self-driven and ability to execute on set targets.
• Able to balance autonomy with teamwork.
