We are now in search for a Maintenance Manager. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is hands on that has meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

Preferably 5 plus years previous maintenance experience
Preferably work in a 4/5* Hotel environment
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and air conditioning
Proven experience and/or qualification with electrical, plumbing and building maintenance
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have admin experience with stock take, ordering and reports
Fluent in spoken English
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality
Must be able to work flexible hours including week-end, public holidays, night shifts
