Assist branch with maintenance related work and support
Conduct warehouse audits
Submit detail audit reports with findings and recommendations
Plan and manage implementation of the facility maintenance plan for the branch
Complete and submit an annual budget for branch responsible for
Perform Capex applications for the expenditure for the branch
Manage expenditure Capital budget for the branch and per department
Manage expenditure on major maintenance services on plant equipment
Ensure compliance with safety legislation (OSHACT)
Chairman of Safety committee
Manage maintenance system
Maintain Performance Management System

Qualified Millwright Artisan with 5 or more years’ experience in plant maintenance environment with National Diploma (N6)
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must have good communication skills
Must have own transport with driver’s license
Must be able to function under pressure
Must be prepared to be transferred to Queensburgh after closing of Frankfort Branch
