5 years Maintenance experience in  - 5* Lodges / Hotels required.
Professional Qualification.
Full management of the Maintenance Department, Operations & Projects.
Skilled in Electrical, aircon plumbing and overall sound general maintenance knowledge.
This includes carpentry, diesel generators, plumbing systems air-conditioning systems, swimming pool maintenance, all mechanical and electrical systems.
Ensure the safety and comfort of our guests to provide a relaxed and enjoyable stay
Manage the Maintenance teams to uphold standards and service to the highest levels
Oversee projects, contractors and suppliers; implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules
Lead by example according to our Purpose and Values
Monitor and control the budget
Computer Literate.
Leadership & managements kills

Planning and allocating the department staff  and overseeing the general needs of this department. Planning skills are critical.

Have experience in management and tolerance with staff.

Coordinate and schedule current and long term projects.

Stable and hard working person with no dependence on drugs or alcohol and willing to submit an affidavit to confirm.
