Job Description

Manage breakdowns and general maintenance
Continuously suggest and implement improvement initiatives and compliance requirements
Implement operational plans
Manage all team planning
Interlate, implement and manage plan changes
Identify and timeously address functional related problems and opportunities
Establish and maintain sound maintenance plans and practices.
Produce clear and accurate maintenance plans and reports.
Responsible for data control, including the accurate recording, storage, retrieval and management of a variety of information and records.
Report unsafe machinery, unsafe work practices of engineering staff or production staff and where necessary
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data over its entire life-cycle
Will be resolving any conflict that occurs
Ensure SHERQ procedures are adhered to at all times

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Trade certificate as an Artisan
N4 Certificate in Engineering
Program in Maintenance Management certificate is advantageous
3 years’ exp. In the relevant industry
2 - 5 years’ planning / maintenance exp.
Proficient in MS Office
Must have a valid Code B driver’s license
