Requirements

Hospitality/ Relevant Qualification
Moderate Financial Management Skills
MS Office
Micros POS
Great Knwledge of Wines
5 years experience in Hospitality
At least 3 years as a Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager in a 4/5 star environment
Driver’s license
No previous terminations or CCMA appearances (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities

Maximize customer satisfaction

R18k - R25k Dependent on experience
