Management Accountant
The incumbent will assist in managing and evaluating the overall planning and coordination of the Budget & Financial Plan whilst ensuring compliance with sound budgeting/accounting standards and practice and with applicable policies, regulations and laws; assist develop and institute budgetary policy, controls and procedure changes.

* BCom Hon or CIMA

Responsible for providing timeous and accurate management reports that complies with the requirements of SA Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (SA GAAP)Responsible for Annual Financial Plan in compliance with the Water Services Act, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Income Tax and SA GAAP
Provide assistance in managing and evaluating the overall budget and financial planning for
Provide strategic support to all Portfolios, Departments and Divisions
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and legislative requirements that govern Budgeting and Financial Planning
Responsible for the development and implementation of budgetary policies, controls and procedural charges
