Management Couple | Sodwana Bay | Busy Beach Lodge

We are looking for experienced MANAGEMENT COUPLE to run this busy beach lodge located in a beautiful Sodwana Bay, northern KZN.

Characteristics required:
vibrant, well-groomed and honest couple to manage our lodge and very busy on-site restaurant
Must be Non-smoker and of Sober habits
Proven working experience as restaurant and lodge management with contactable references
Able to coordinate the entire restaurant operation including front-of-house and back-of-house
Extensive food and beverage knowledge including food costing
Must be able to work under pressure
Proficient in English
Computer literacy in Excel and familiarity with restaurant management software e.g. GAAP
Strong leadership qualities and nurture a positive working environment while leading by example
Excellent customer service skills
Start: As soon as possible
Salary package:
Combined salary between R 20 – 25k
On-site, 1-bedroom cottage provided as accommodation
No meals included in the package
