Manage the total principal portfolio
Manage principal revenue and pricing
Ensure the budgeted income is achieved
Ensure full execution of sales principles
Assist in customer analysis, budgets and identifying opportunities
Maintain and improve business relationships
Create and build sound relationships
Liaise with Marketing, Logistics and Sales operations
Manage returns, crates and fridges
Manage ranging and SKU reduction
Manage staff
Set objectives and manage performance
Determine and address training needs
Ensure team is motivated and engaged to do their best at all times
Coordinate leave management and track execution against plan
Coach, train and develop staff
Ensure successors are in place
