The role:

We are seeking a Manager, reporting to an Associate Director to have responsibility and oversight for a large team which consists of Administrators, Senior Administrators and Assistant Managers.

Key responsibilities

General:
Maintaining oversight of a team which deals with various European jurisdictions and client portfolios;
Line reporting responsibilities for pool of 25 staff at various levels;
Take the lead on various internal projects;
Provide guidance and support to all members of team on a daily basis;
Ensure diary task lists are monitored and cleared on a timely basis;
Ensuring that the team follows all internal processes and procedures;
Identify team training needs and arrange training sessions as appropriate;
Lead the recruitment process, including reviewing CV’s, identifying candidates and drafting proposed offers;
Maintain relationships with other jurisdictions ensuring feedback is received on performance of team members
Where appropriate, manage performance related issues;
Reviewing KYC packs collected by team members.
Assisting the team on new structure take-on
Corporate Secretarial:
Maintaining oversight of day-to-day operations of team portfolio’s and ensuring all team members respond to clients' queries in a timely manner;
Attendance when required at client board meetings and the subsequent drafting of minutes;
Reviewing minutes which have been drafted by team members;

Skills / experience

Hold or studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA, CSSA or equivalent with:
Strong Administrative skills;
High level of integrity and trust with confidential information;
A proven record of commitment to professional and client services excellence;
A minimum of 4 years trust or funds experience in a professional environment;
Knowledge of offshore regulatory requirements;
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite;
Support the company in delivering excellent service;
Impeccable written and oral communication skills;
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills;
Motivated and driven;
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
