Leading logistics / distribution concern seeks a suitably qualified Manager: Client Management to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will resume responsibility for the overall management of relationships with the Company’s Client portfolio. This includes retention management as well as the management of growth and future value extraction with existing clients. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the current team of Key Account Managers.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure appropriate relationships are established across all identified levels within the client.
• Ensure regular interactions with all clients.
• Ensure client service levels are maintained in accordance with agreed targets.
• Track and take the necessary action in order to achieve monthly budgeted client revenue
• Drive strategies to ensure maximum value extraction within existing strategic clients.
• Drive client centricity by providing input, aligning and evolving company service offerings with needs identified at clients.
• Manage client contract matrix and renewals
• Facilitate interaction with internal departments in order to resolve client queries and optimise service delivery.
• Handle relevant reporting

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 -8 Years’ experience in client/customer relationship management, 3 of which at a managerial level
• Solid logistics experience within a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of Warehousing and Logistics processes
• Strong knowledge of relationship management principles
• Able to work in a high-pressured environment with strict deadlines
