QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

• Grade 12 (Required);
• B Degree in Human Resources (Required). EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Seven (7) years training and development or OD experience in a mining environment (Required);
• Three (3) years management experience (Required);
• Valid code B driving license (Required).

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Professional Status: Registration with SABPP;
• Behavioural Competencies: Business Acumen, Leading People, Relationship Building, Results Driven and Leading Change;
• System Skills: Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Management Systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:
