CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• To manage the full function of the retail outlet as well as the online store.
• Should have a comprehensive understanding of sales
• Counter Sales & Cash Up
• Manage refunds and returned items
• Processing cash and card payments
• Respond to telephone and internet queries
• Quoting / invoicing and following up on quotes
• Stock take once a month
• Managing drivers and shop assistant
• Managing and stocking shelves with merchandise
• Should be physically fit as the job requires standing, walking, lifting & carrying of stock as and when required
• Opening & closing of the store
• Should have own transport to get to work
• To ensure repeat orders and client retention
• To build and develop customer and supplier relationships
• Take initiative
• Planning and Control
• Attention to detail
• Be prepared to work as a team and independently
• Display a “CAN DO, WILL DO, HAPPY TO DO” winning attitude
MUST HAVE MATRIC MATHS, AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH WITH OWN TRANSPORT
