Responsible for formulation & execution of operational, commercial and growth strategy. Entrepreneurial candidate who is willing to be the champion of this division.

Requirements:
• Relevant Business Degree + 10 yr’s experience in the Security industry
• Technical proficiency & Specialist knowledge of the Security Industry
• Sound commercial and contract negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills
• Innovative - researching, developing and promoting new techniques and approaches
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans through knowledge of the market changes and forces that influence the industry
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• Ability to build and maintain an effective team
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be PSIRA Registered

• Develop and execute the division’s business strategies.
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, clients and authorities
• Oversee the divisions financial performance, investments and other business ventures
• Provide strategic advice to the board and shareholders so they will have an accurate view of the market
• Achieve expected financial results of the division including profitability, EBITDA and EBIT targets and working capital targets
• Monitor costs against budget control and oversee all business operations and resources within the division
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities Identify and secure acquisition opportunities Identify and implement improvement and new solution offerings
• Formulate appropriate, innovative and cost effective technical and commercial solutions for clients to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and ensure all operations are cost effective
• Client relationship management, including retention and quality management
• Monitor competitors and ensure that the division stays abreast of developments in the Security Industry
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines in place & communicated
• Active involvement in key client accounts, including client meetings, time spent to develop the client relationship, document and service review and general account oversight
