Our client is a software development company that produces a product that is designed specifically for Tour Operators.

We are looking for someone to take the company to the next level. The product has much room for growth and the candidate needs to be someone who can come in and introduce new ideas, concepts and processes that allow the software, the clients and the staff to flourish. This position would suit an all-rounder, someone who enjoys the diversity that this position brings and is able to manage, delegate and advise as well as research, understand and follow product best practice for the benefit of the clients.

Someone with the right balance of experience should have:
• Good understanding or experience of software development
• Tourism Industry understanding / experience, i.e booking systems, etc
• Management skills for people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills
• A firm approach to managing expectations
• The ability to speak in public
• The desire to attend functions, talks, conferences that will benefit the product
• Should be creative and experienced with marketing trends
• Should be able to inspire productivity
• Manage future trends and product growth
• Experience in working with budgets and cash flow

• Human Resources / Staff Management
• Client Care

• Financial control
• Managing the various teams (Support, Development, Training, IT and Database Management)
