The role is for a software systems tester to contribute to the design and quality control of our products and services.

You will contribute to the team and to our ongoing success in developing quality solutions for our clients.

Your value contribution will include influence over the technologies and the testing of our products.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities will include inter alia the following:
Design, build, and maintain test plans for the software stack.
Document and record issues and defects.
Develop solutions to improve the overall testing within the company and contribute to the body of knowledge.
Assist in the building of automated test cases and test recipes.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.

Experience
Experienced and proficient in manual software testing and producing defect and incident reports. Experienced at producing and documenting test plans and executing against those.
4 years or more of software quality assurance experience.
A demonstrable a record of adding value to software solutions

Advantage
Postman experience calling REST APIs.
Any automated testing framework such as Selenium or Cypress.
Direct experience in working with Open Banking / Open Data protocols and services.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
Knowledge and experience of DevOps techniques, including CI / CD.

Ideal Qualifications
You will have a diploma in any software or related discipline.
You will have completed and attained one or more certifications in the field of quality assurance. You may have a testing qualification such as ISTQB or TTA/ISEB How we work
