Our company is seeking to employ a COST ACCOUNTANT coming from MANUFACTURING with at least 10 years experience– A – Z (basic cashbook – Income Statement/Balance Sheet, Financial Analytics and Reporting.) with experience in various industries .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

COSTING - FROM RAW MATERIALS / SHRINKAGE UP TO FINISHED PRODUCTS
Strong understanding of various banking principles and managing multiple bank accounts
Oversee and manage cash flow
Analyse information to assess current and future financial statuses
Review costs for optimal budget planning and financial forecasts
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures.
PAYE/VAT/VARIOUS TAXES
Daily/quarterly and annual performance financial reports
Capturing of all financial transactions – A – Z
Solve and handle serious customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Strong Computer knowledge: Pastel, Pastel Payroll and MS Excel
Stable track record and contactable references
Strong leadership qualities. ability to work under pressure, VERY pro active, excellent communicator and getting involved with the operations of the business (not a data capturer).

OTHER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:- advantage

Understanding and experience in dealing with foreign currency – advantage (FX)

Group Accounts – consolidate (inter company transfers, Loan Accounts) – (Group & Compliance)
