Manufacturing Ops Assistant and Coordinator – Sandton

Our Company in Sandton is seeking to employ a Manufacturing Operations Assistant who is highly experienced in the field of Manufacturing, Operations, Admin and Coordination. The candidate will be office bound. The candidate will provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of our factory. You will report to the Operations Supervisor. Open to all.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is not negotiable
• Experience in tobacco industry – huge advantage
• Fluent in Portuguese – huge advantage
• Fluent in English – not negotiable
• Highly efficient in Excel and highly computer literate.
Job Description
• Support the Operations Supervisor in all areas – A to Z.
• Co-ordinate all work and operations relating to our factory abroad.
• Admin, stock, orders, supplies, imports and exports, marketing materials, HR admin, recruit assistance, factory and office assistance, filing, co-ordination of tasks between SA and abroad.
• Employee assistance and management.
• Assist in consolidating afternoon reporting and ensure reports are delivered to management.
