Rapidly growing cosmetics manufacturing concern seeks a passionate, motivated and suitably qualified / experienced Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team!

Salary package: Negotiable (dep. on level of exp / qualification)

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
• Min. 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing environment advantageous
• Digital marketing experience essential
• Experience with campaign management and maintenance of digital internal and external systems
• Exp. in management of social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
• Must possess Microsoft Office Suite skills for basic reporting and analysis of marketing performances
• Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, independently and within a team with a good work ethic
• Attention to detail with the drive to deliver on commitments and passion to achieve results

Duties / Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Assist in implementation of Brand strategy (campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR)
• Manage Social media presence and improve social media reputation
• Provide administrative assistance as needed (liaise with point of sale / promo item suppliers, PR agency, in-house designer)
• Provide support for marketing requests and projects as needed
• Maintain digital internal and external systems
• Assist in analysis of Market trend data, Competitor activity and Pricing reviews
• Assist in preparation of Brand presentations or briefs
