Marketing Assistant - Rustenburg
A prestigious Financial Services company has a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the front office and reception as well as providing admin and marketing assistance to the team.
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Reception and small switchboard
- Receiving of clients
- Minutes at meetings
- Ordering stationery, office supplies, refreshments
- Filing of documentation
- Managing travel allowances
- Boardroom Bookings
- Diary management
- Assisting with marketing lists and following up with clients (Social Media)
- Capturing of client data
- Matric plus post matric qualification (or studying towards)
- Fully bilingual Afrikaans and English
- Drivers licence
- Strong computer literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
