Marketing Consultant (Property Industry) – Stellenbosch (Cape Town)
Salary: R16 000 – R20 000 per month, depending on experience
Our client, a property market Leader in South Africa, is currently looking for a Marketing Consultant, who can start as soon as possible, or immediately at their offices in Stellenbosch. Preferably someone who has worked in a similar position, within a Property company, or within the property industry. Someone that is vibrant and Creative.
JOB PURPOSE:
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
Requirements:
Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Canva design experience
Experience in managing multiple social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Excel skills and experience on MDA (a bonus)

E-mailer and Newsletter
Social Media
Management of Mail Chimp Account (Company/internal communication)
Company Vehicles
Office Signage
Company Uniforms
Property Boards
Branding/design
Corporate Social Responsibility/internal/external
Internal Company Communication
Event Organization
General Office Administration
Liaison / communication between various business units, regions and departments in respect of all/or any marketing and or branding related matters and projects not detailed above
Any other adhoc branding or marketing functions as required
POPI Act – Upkeep and maintenance of POPI act in marketing and leasing departments
