A leading Destination Management Company is looking for a Junior Design & Marketing assistant, who wants to grow in this career path, to join their marketing/design team.

This role will be best suited to a young, creative graduate with a Graphic design diploma or tertiary education in Marketing (with a background in Graphic design) and an interest in the tourism industry of Southern and East Africa. Social media management and understanding is a vital contribute.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Graphic design, Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is vital (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere)
• Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
• Experience with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) will be intricate to this position.

Duties And Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To):
•The applicant will be involved in the design, creation, and execution of various campaigns and will need to manage a number of projects within tight deadlines.
•Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
•Coordinating with marketing department, printers, and industry colleagues as necessary.
•Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
•Various copywriting projects to ensure a high standard of content produced
