Our High-End Residential Developer Client, with a successful reputation for quality, requires a Marketing Manager for the New Developments Team, and therefore it is essential that the successful incumbent has solid experience of vacant land and building packages of luxury homes.

What we require:
• Marketing Tertiary Education
• Minimum 4 years MANAGEMENT of marketing/sales team
• Essential off-plan Sales/Marketing experience
• Ability to read plans and quote on new projects per client (Will be tested as Role Play)
• In-depth understanding of Social Media Platforms
• Ability to work with Marketing Company to ensure exquisite renders and brochures
• Utmost attention to detail
• Give enhanced input to design team & manage marketing company’s output
• Proven track record of Sales Team Management to ensure sales targets are met
• Assisting team with Finance applications and Structuring of Deals
• Professional demeanour and impeccable Business Communication Skills
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Social Media Platforms)
• Completely Client Centric
• Own reliable transport and clean driver’s license
• Utmost attention to detail
• Weekly sales report preparation
• Good administration skills
