Your key job responsibilities as the Marketing Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Collaboration to develop, drive and implement the Marketing strategy to ensure efficient, personalised customer engagement and develop multichannel marketing campaigns to drive attendances and repeat visits to the cinemas.
- Accountable for the successful management of all partnerships (suppliers) for efficient operational implementation of all customer promotions/interactions
- Responsible for all the brand elements
- Development and implementation of the online strategy to optimise customised customer engagement
- Grow, develop and protect the brand in terms of all its digital platforms.
- Development of databases – national, regional and site specific
- Management of all digital communication (mass email, social media etc.)
- Ensure that all Apps are relevant and Operational
- Manage all social platforms
- Investigate and propose digital innovations and platforms
- Manage paid digital advertising
- Management of all marketing related aspects and all social media
- Content management – preparation of copy and content for the website and the management thereof
- Facilitate creative briefs for digital parts of internal marketing campaigns

Requirements for this Marketing Manager job in Johannesburg:

- 8-10 years relevant experience
- Must have through the line marketing experience
- 360-degree marketing: Using both ATL and BTL activities, as well as print advertising
- Digital marketing: Online banners and buttons, social media posts, blog articles, etc.
- Experience in dealing with different types of agencies (digital ones, through the line, creative, etc.)
- Candidates need to have some sort of "entertainment" experience
